Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, autonomous, and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and support key initiatives across the company.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead high-impact projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure that company priorities are executed efficiently. The Chief of Staff acts as a force multiplier for the CEO – bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex topics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects & Execution

  • Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
  • Structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear milestones
  • Track execution of company priorities and ensure accountability across teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions

CEO Support & Leverage

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic and operational topics
  • Prepare materials, analyses, and briefings for key decisions and meetings
  • Follow up on critical initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when needed

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work across teams (e.g., product, operations, finance, partnerships) to drive alignment
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments
  • Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and executed

Operational Excellence

  • Improve internal processes, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Help define and track KPIs and company-level objectives
  • Support planning cycles (e.g., quarterly planning, OKRs, strategic reviews)

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-7+ years of experience in roles such as consulting, venture capital, startups, or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving execution
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders is a strong plus
  • Exposure to or strong interest in deep tech industries (e.g., AI, quantum computing, semiconductors, or advanced computing).
  • Experience scaling operations in a startup or high-growth company
